Overview

All products sold in this store are digital downloads. Once the purchase is completed, files are delivered instantly via email or direct download.
Because digital items cannot be returned, all sales are final.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for digital products once they have been downloaded or accessed.

Refunds may be granted only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate purchase (same product bought twice by mistake)

  • Incorrect file received due to a technical error

  • Corrupted or missing file that we are unable to replace

Exchanges

Digital items cannot be exchanged, as delivery is automatic and the product cannot be “returned.”

Download Issues

If your download link is not working or the file appears corrupted, email us at nexicraft.shop@gmail.com.
We will resend the correct files within 24–48 hours.

Compatibility

Before purchasing, please check that your device and software are compatible with the product.
We cannot issue refunds for incompatibility unless the product description was misleading.

Unauthorized Use

All digital products are protected by copyright.
Sharing, reselling, or redistributing the files is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal of access without refund.
